Packing and storage
Flake/powder: 20kg/bag、25kg/bag, Packed in woven bag, or in Kraft paper bag with plastic liner inside. Resin should be stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated place far away from heat source to avoid moisture and caking. Its color will become dark with the storage time, which will do no influence on the resin grade.
Phenolic resins as binder for friction materials which are used for brake linings, brake pads, clutch plates of transmission and others with superior heat resistance and adhesive performance.
good flexibility, high mechanical strength and good friction properties. About 10 to 20 kind of raw materials are mixed and bound with phenolic resin and molded to brake pads. Conventional phenolic resins, used as binder for friction materials, are derived from fossil resources.
