Phenolic resin for resinated textile felts and automotive trim – Zetian Detail:

The phenolic resin is mainly used in the production of resinated textile felts and automotive trim, and is characterized in sound insulation, anti-vibration and heat insulation, which can be used in the fields such as automobile sound insulation board and air conditioner wall insulation heat insulation parts. With well-distributed property, the resin is easy to spread on the fiber filaments in the downstream production process, has the characteristics of non-stick chain plate, fast curing, small air pollution, etc., which is the environmental protection series resin.

Packing and storage

Powder: 20 kg or 25 kg/bag. Packed in woven bag or in Kraft paper bag with plastic liner inside. Resin should be stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated place far away from heat source to avoid moisture and caking. The shelf life is 4-6 months below 20℃. Its color will become dark with the storage time, which will do no influence on the resin grade.
