Packing and storage
flake/powder: 20kg/bag、25kg/bag, Packed in woven bag, or in Kraft paper bag with plastic liner inside. Resin should be stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated place far away from heat source to avoid moisture and caking. Its color will become dark with the storage time, which will do no influence on the resin grade.

Phenolic resin can be prepared by polycondensation of phenols and aldehydes in the presence of acidic or alkaline catalysts. Bakelite powder is obtained by fully mixing phenolic resin with sawn wood powder, talc powder (filler), urotropine (curing agent), stearic acid (lubricant), pigment, etc., and heating and mixing in a mixer.
